Our goods are shipped via express courier. We have negotiated shipping terms with TNT, allowing us to offer you the best value shipping available.
All over Europe shipping is free!!
For shipping outwith europe priceing will depend on your area
If however you wish to organize your own transport, or have your own contract with a transporter in Italy we will offer you a 2% reduction on price for shipping costs

Costs and delivery terms for European countries
Zone Europe
If you are in this zone, you will receive your goods whithin 4-5 working days Free of charge.
Zone2
If you are in this zone, you will receive your goods in 4-5 working days at a cost of just 2% of the total value.
Costs and delivery terms in USA and Canada(Zone 3)
If you are in this zone, you will receive your goods in 7-8 working days at a cost of just 5% of the total value. (excluding customs fees*)
Costs and delivery terms in Australia and Newzealand (Zone 4)
If you are in this zone, you will receive your goods in 7-8 working days at a cost of just 7% of total value (excluding customs fees*).
Costs and delivery terms for Countries not listed in the tables
If you cannot find your country in the tables listed above and you would like to purchase our products, please send an e-mail to the following address info@themilancatwalk.it , indicating your name, surname, company name and address.
We will answer you immediately, indicating the exact amount of transport costs.
*Customs Fees
Payment of customs fees will be borne by the recipient of the package and the amount of such fees will be determined directly by legislation applicable in the Country to which the goods will be sent.
The Milan Catwalk does not know how much these customs fees may be and the shipping company will inform you of them as soon as the package reaches its final destination.
If the customs fees are not paid and the goods are refused, all customs fees and transportation costs will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
N.B.: We will not be held responsible for damages that may arise due to delays in delivery of the goods not directly attributed to us.
Returns
As indicated by the Legislative Decree n. 185 dated 22/05/1999 , if the goods you receive are do not corrispond to your order or present production faults you may return the goods in a very simple way: all you have to do is to pack them and send an e-mail to: info@themilancatwalk.it .
We will give you directions as to where and how to send the goods.
If the product shows signs of production faults, return costs will be borne entirely by The Milan Catwalk.
We must remind you that you must request the return procedure within and no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods.
